    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to lead a team of caregivers, conduct in-home assessments, and develop care plans for clients. At Eleos Home Care, our mission is to provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

    Salary:

    $50/hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Reviews client records, medical history, medications, and procedures to identify and evaluate client needs and appropriateness of home care.
    • Develops and updates Care Plans per policy, reviewing and consulting with clients and/or family members as needed.
    • Participates in client record review and performs supervisory visits per policy.

    Requirements:

    A Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Virginia, with experience in Personal Care Services or Facility Care/Assisted Living Care preferred but not required.

    The ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, and to access clients' homes which may not be routinely wheelchair accessible is required. Hearing, eyesight, and physical dexterity must be sufficient to perform a physical assessment of the client's condition and to perform client care/services.
