The Judge Group has partnered with a national manufacturer north of Greensboro to find a Plant Manager for their team.

The right candidate has strong experience in manufacturing environments and has a rich history of progressive manufacturing roles. This opportunity is a strong leader in the organization and will be a change maker for the plant.

This job will have the following responsibilities:
Develop strategic plant visions to reach KPIs, targets, and develop a strong continuous improvement programEnsure all quality, safety, and production standards are met throughout the entire processMaintain a safe and healthy work environment for all employees of all levelsPromote a high performing culture in employeesEnsure production planning goals are met in accordance with supply chain needsDevelop and help teams execute capital projectsResponsible for entire plant is complying with all food and safety, GMP, and employee safety standardsDrive employee engagement, training, and developmentQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related10+ years of manufacturing experience3+ years of plant or production management experience
