Job Description
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service to clients and caregivers.
Managing schedules and coordinating appointments.
Communicating effectively with caregivers and ensuring smooth operations.
Assisting with the hiring process, including screening and onboarding new caregivers.
Covering shifts as a caregiver when needed, providing direct care and support to clients.
Performing other administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities efficiently.
Previous experience in office administration or caregiving is a plus.
Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently.
Proactive.
