Location: Fond du Lac, WI & Surrounding Areas
Schedule: Overnight Shifts | Full-Time & Part-Time

At Senior Helpers of Northeast Wisconsin, overnight caregivers provide more than care—they provide comfort, reassurance, and peace of mind. You'll help seniors feel safe, supported, and valued in the comfort of their own homes, while giving families confidence that their loved ones are in trusted hands.
No prior experience? No problem We provide paid training, mentorship, and ongoing support so you'll feel confident every night.
What You'll Do
- Assist with nighttime routines and provide meaningful companionship
- Monitor safety and offer reassurance
- Support seniors in staying comfortable, secure, and independent
- Serve as a trusted presence for families overnight
Accrual-Based PTO Policy
Full-time employees begin accruing PTO immediately upon hire, available after 90 days.

Who We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and provide references
- Prior caregiving experience preferred, but full training provided
