We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our client's team in Westerville, Ohio.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and maintaining brand identity by creating visually compelling designs across a variety of platforms and media.

This is a long-term contract position, ideal for a creative individual with strong attention to detail who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce visual assets for digital and print media, including advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and event branding.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design impactful campaigns that align with strategic business goals.
Ensure all designs adhere to brand standards while contributing to the evolution of the company's visual identity.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and deliver creative solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve design outputs.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and assets to support team-wide efficiency.
Provide innovative ideas for enhancing creative processes and delivering exceptional visual content.
Assist in creating visually engaging presentations using tools like Microsoft PowerPoint.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and quality across all visual materials.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house creative team, agency, or freelance setting.
A robust portfolio showcasing diverse work across digital and print media with a focus on branding and marketing projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and best practices for various media formats.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality designs.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, for developing engaging presentations.
Ability to accept and apply constructive feedback to refine and improve design work.
