- Provides overall direction to contractors providing services
- Plans, coordinates, and implements the construction designs and offers recommendations as necessary
- Coordinates with other supervisors at the construction site to facilitate work priorities
- Prepares schedules and work assignments for construction personnel
- Ensures construction work is completed on time and within set budget criteria and standards.

- Excellent Interpersonal Communications skills in a team environment including written reports, oral and email.

- Understanding of Importance of environmental and Safe Work Practices
- + years of Oil & Gas Construction Foreman/Specialist/Consultant experience
- Experience with tank batteries and production equipment maintenance required (laying flow lines, setting tanks, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as by self without direct supervision
- Experienced managing multiple crews and projects
- Candidate must reside within a mile radius of Seminole or Denver City, TX
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work overtime and holidays as needed and must be available for call outs as required.
- Must maintain clear driving record, maintain company vehicle and abide by vehicle policies.
- Must be able to meet all conditional job offer requirements including background, drug, hair follicle, MVR, agility and fit for duty

Manages construction materials and provides supervisory direction to personnel working at the construction site. Responsible for ensuring all assigned construction work is completed safely, on time and within budget.
