LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Finance for a client in the Chicago downtown area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $100K-$130K plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Director of Finance will manage accounting and finance operations of a growing startup and will be an integral part of the leadership team.

Key Functions include:
Manage accounting staff
Overseeing internal controls
Monitoring expenses and cash flow
Overseeing audit and tax functions
Financial reporting
Update policies and procedures
Financial planning and strategy
Forecasting and budgeting
Managing tax compliance
Risk control
SEC reporting (Preparing 10Ks and 8Ks
Ad hoc projects


Qualifications:
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of accounting experience
SEC experience
CPA a plus
