The Crisis Hotline is the first contact and representation of Integral Care by phone to the public, clients, community, and providers. Calls, texts, and chats coming into Integral Care's main crisis number and 988 National Suicide Crisis Lifeline are answered by Qualified Mental Health Professionals (QMHP's) 24/7,including holidays.The QMHP's Primary Purpose Is To Handle crisis calls, texts,
and chats by providing crisis intervention services
and risk assessmentsComplete initial screeningsProvide information about Integral Care servicesProvide community referrals and supportAssist with training as neededLink callers with the appropriate service providers

The QMHP works closely with a multitude of community partners,
including but not limited to APD,TCSO medical facilities,and schools.
