    Property Attendant - St. Augustine
    Shift: Wednesdays (9:00 am – 6:00 pm), Thursdays (6:00 pm – 1:00 am, Saturdays (9:00 am – 6:00 pm), and Sundays (6:00 pm – 1:00 am)

    The Property Attendant is an essential position on the Stayable team. A remarkable Property Attendant delivers safe and clean accommodations by keeping the grounds clean, preparing rooms for Housekeepers, assisting Maintenance Technicians, and so much more. They are reliable and proactive by nature and represent the best of our team.

    Compensation:

    Starts at $16 per hour

    This is an hourly-paid position that may occasionally allow for overtime. Property Attendants have multiple opportunities for bonuses. The hourly wage will be adjusted based on experience, cost of living, and contribution to the property's success.

    Responsibilities:

    Overnight Property Attendants are generally responsible for delivering safe and clean rooms and public spaces. Below is a summary of primary responsibilities.

    Room Cleaning and Maintenance

    • Tidy room exterior
    • Perform basic maintenance tasks, like replacing light bulbs, plunging toilets, etc.
    • Report emergency maintenance issues to the on-call Maintenance team

    Public Space Cleaning

    • Collect garbage from cans throughout the property per the schedule
    • Collect and dispose of guest trash per the schedule
    • Collect trash throughout the property on a regular schedule, including along property lines, behind bushes, and in hard-to-reach areas
    • Maintain tidy dumpster areas
    • Clean and tidy guest and team areas per schedule
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks per the schedule
    • Pick up any litter as you see it in public spaces

    General

    • Maintain exceptional customer service when interacting with guests
    • Notify Property Manager of any safety concerns or any violations of policy
    • Implement new objectives and procedures
    • Contribute to incident reports as needed
    • Assist with maintaining an accurate inventory of housekeeping supplies

    Property Condition

    • Collect garbage promptly and reliably and maintain a clean and tidy dumpster area
    • Take ownership of the appearance of the property's grounds and public spaces
    • Raise issues or concerns about safety, cleanliness, or property damage immediately when recognized

    • Refer people for employment that live our values and contribute to our culture
    • Maintain positive professional relationships with colleagues
    • Maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance
    • Align with supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelity

    General

    • Execute all policies and procedures with fidelity
    • Report issues immediately to discuss and solve them quickly
