Job summary
This position directs and coordinates activities of this Director's staff that will engage in repairs, maintenance and installation of plant equipment. This position assures the maintenance of building security, safety, grounds,
and utilities are up to standard 24/7/365.
- The Director is responsible to manage FTE's and budgetary daily initiatives within that department.
- Responsibilities also include state, federal, local and Managed Care regulatory compliance for Fire
and Life Safety Codes, building and engineering codes, maintenance and operations of HVAC equipment plumbing,
electrical, carpentry and grounds maintenance.
