Fox Trail Memory Care Living is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Community Director at our Cresskill, NJ location.

As a Community Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents with memory impairment.

Job Overview:

The Community Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents, and leading a team of compassionate caregivers.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a leadership role within a memory care setting and hold a valid LPN license.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of caregivers to provide excellent care and support for residents
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication management
• Monitor and ensure the cleanliness and safety of the community
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community partners to enhance resident care
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current on best practices in memory care

Requirements:

• LPN license preferred
• Previous experience in a leadership role within a memory care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards for memory care communities
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $XX,XXX to $XX,XXX per year.
