Job description
At Chick-fil-A, the Director of Training is responsible for all training across the restaurant. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, You will get to serve along side many amazing people. You will oversee all training in the front and back of house as well as oversee the trainers and ensure they are training to the Chick-fil-A standards. You will be responsible for updating training checklists and ensuring that each training is following the checklists so that each new team member is trained the same way. You will be assisting in operations and put in situations where you will need to hold yourself and our team members accountable for systems and processes, Food Safety, Food Quality, and Hospitality.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:
- Maintaining Training Checklists on VSBL
- Oversee and ensure trainers are training effectively and to the Chick-fil-A Standards
- Be a trainer and coach on a regular basis, you should always be training and coaching
- Teach our team about all important aspects of Chick-fil-A
- Help Develop our team members to develop themselves within the restaurant.
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A Standards at all times
- Must maintain a Hospitality mindset at all times
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 Years of Leadership Experience and Training Experience
- Consistency and reliability
- Cheerful and positive attitude
- Loves serving and helping others
- Customer service oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Computer Skills
- Detail-oriented
- Able to multi-task
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
- Have the ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Have the ability to stand for long periods of time
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus
- Must have a reliable source of transportation
- Must be Self Reliant and take initiative
- Be able to Set and Track goals for your department
- Own Numbers and be able to adapt quickly to what is not working
Most Chick-fil-A Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners
