You will be working closely with the CEO and owner of two companies based in McDonough, serving as a personal assistant and commercial handyman. This position offers immense room for growth within a manufacturing company that provides exposure to a diverse set of skills. From welding to machining, powder-coating to heavy equipment mechanics, CAD drawing to mechanical engineering, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide array of valuable skills.

The ideal candidate will exhibit traits such as reliability, honesty, determination, sound judgment, a willingness to engage in manual labor, and a proactive attitude. As part of this role, you will handle a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Property and building maintenance
• Landscaping tasks
• Property renovations (carpentry, painting, electrical work, etc.)
• Operating a variety of equipment (skid steers, compact excavators, pressure washer, lawn mower, etc.)
• Driving company vehicles, hauling trailers, and transporting equipment

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Standard eight-hour workdays (Monday to Friday)
• Possible overtime when necessary
• Occasional weekend shifts
• Some travel may be required

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE DESIRED

• Clean driving record (mandatory)
• Experience in towing (preferred)
• Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, grounds-keeping, and general maintenance tasks (a plus)

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent
