The **Domestic Couple must have at least 5 years of work experience in high profile residences.**

**Duties of the Head Housekeeper**
As a **Head Housekeeper**, the role includes:
**Head Housekeeper Cook**
Responsible for all service duties (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Formal, Silver Service, informal service.
Setting up tables (mise-en-place) formal, informal standards according to the daily requirements.
Taking care of silver, crystal, cookeries
Responsible for kitchen staff cooking tasty and healthy meals for the family
Occasional dinners with guests
Family style cooking, healthy and fresh ingredients. Experience for Italian cuisine
Pantry and grocery shopping
High-level residence general housekeeping duties:
+ Managing and supervising hoovering, dusting, cleaning
+ Managing and supervising fine cleaning: windows, curtains, etc.
Managing and supervising laundry and ironing:
+ house linen, table linen
+ family wardrobe, luxury clothing
Care of luxury furniture and art
Domestic staff management
Management of suppliers and external companies
Property budget management
**Must be able to be flexible** and manage last-minute changes.
**Must have excellent time management and organisational skills** and be looking for a long-term position.
**Must have highly professional** and be able to use your own initiative and hit the ground running each day.
**Must be punctual and reliable and have strong discretion and respect** to family life; **must manage the family privacy**.
**Location Accommodation for the Head Housekeeper**
The family is based in **Roma**.
The **Head Housekeeper** A private independent accommodation will be awarded near the property of the family.
**Work Time Work Days**
Monday Saturday
Saturday afternoon and Sunday day-off
**It is required** that rest periods **are also used during the week**.
**Languages**
The **Head Housekeeper** must speak a good level of Italian.
**Mandatory Requirements**
Previous experience in high-level families and verifiable references is essential.
**Work Start Date**
The start date is not set, but the **Head Housekeeper** is required to be available to **start as soon as possible**.
