    As a Psychiatrist at The Floating Hospital, you will have the autonomy to practice your way, offering both medication management and opportunity to do therapy. Our community-based, FQHC organization values giving back and serving our New York Community.

    In this role, you will see a diverse mix of patients from various socioeconomic backgrounds. You will have the ability to cater to both adults and children, and work in a service-minded, community health-based position.

    We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and employee status (full-time or part-time), ranging from $165k to $265k annually. A sign-on bonus is negotiable, and we provide supplemental STD & LTD, life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment policies. We also offer 4 weeks of vacation, 12 personal days, 12 paid holidays, and a 403(b) Retirement Savings Plan with a 4% match after one year of employment.

    This is an employed position, open to new graduates, with loan repayment and CME reimbursement opportunities. If you are a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency, and a current US work visa, we encourage you to apply.
