    **Description**

    We are a privately-owned luxury villa rental company based in Sitges, Barcelona. The company has grown organically since 2010 and continues to grow offering exclusive luxury accommodation and additional guest services to a mainly international client base for holidays, weddings, and increasingly more corporate events in Sitges.

    The role of Reservations & Guest Services Manager is key to the companys ongoing development. The successful person will work hand in hand with the existing Reservations Manager & overall team. This role will lend both strategic and tactical influence on both Reservations & Concierge aspects of the business.

    The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of tourism & travel trends and will be able to build & execute plans to achieve a high level of reservations in the short and long term.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Work with the existing team to achieve monthly conversion rates & track to annual revenue targets

    Sales: Administer customer quotes and reservations via software system, email, enquiry management & liaise with finance admin on follow-up of payments.

    Develop concierge/guest services package and provide excellent experiences to guests before & during the stay.

    Guest Services: Assess & build relationships with local service providers to ensure a healthy list of current services available to guests. Typically, services include transfers, transport, boat hire, catering/chef hire, wine tours, etc

    Customer Focus: Managing customer service requests and in-villa incidents during customer stay.

    Check-ins & Check-outs: Must be available to work with some degree of flexibility and on Saturdays in high season (mid-June mid-Sept) day offered in lieu during the week.

    Requirements:

    Sales-focused individual Responsible for driving revenue through both reservations & additional services. Must have Knowledge of travel trends & experience driving online platform performance preferably within the villa rental market.

    Proficient and experienced office administration skills: MS Office, Database, Online technologies

    Speak fluent English, French, and Spanish This is an ESSENTIAL requirement of the role.

    Must have excellent communication skills & organizational skills teamwork is key

    Full Driving licence & mode of transport (bike or car) are essential to the role.

    8+ years exp driving sales within the tourist sector

    Preferably based in the area of Sitges, with knowledge of the local area.
