- Provide physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines.
- Implement and conduct treatment as outlined in treatment plan.
- Treat individuals to alleviate discomfort, develop and restore function, and sustain optimal performance using suitable physical therapy treatments and procedures within the care plan.
- Monitor patient's response to treatment and adjust treatment as necessary following physician's directives.
- Interpret and communicate evaluation results to patients, family, and other team members.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NC.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Current CPR certification.
- At least one year of proven physical therapy experience.
- Preferably, experience in Home Health.
