We are an established Audit Firm working to expand our associate network and set up a new branch office at Mid Valley City Kuala Lumpur.

Audit Manager
This job is for an Audit Manager who manages and leads a team to deliver high-quality assurance and compliance work for a pool of audit clients (portfolio around 100 SME clients).

Job Description:
Plan, manage and lead an audit team to perform and deliver high quality assurance and compliance work for a portfolio of diversified clients.
Perform high level review on high risk company to ensure audit working papers and audit reports are in compliance with relevant standards and by-laws.
Monitor the timeframe and work progress to ensure timely delivery of quality services to clients.Manage the portfolio of clients assigned by developing and maintaining good client relationship.
Coach, lead, train and develop an effective audit team with both technical and non-technical competencies.
Manage individual team portfolio's financials, including budget, WIP, timely billing and collection and achieve team and division budgets and performance objectives.
Provide guidance and solutions to clients on a consultancy basis.Highlight issues and provide potential solutions as well as presenting reports to clients.
Attend exit meeting to present audit report, highlighting issues and tax computation to client.
Monitor and approve staff's KPI and report to management on monthly basis
Job Requirements:
Professional accounting qualification and/or a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
Preferred professional qualification, MIA members
Minimum of 5 years audit experience
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership, people management and mentoring skills
Strong client management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignment within time constraints, budget and deadlines
Able to work independently and under pressure
Team players who are also able to work independently with minimum supervision
