We are currently seeking an experienced
Local Authority / Backlink Outreach Specialist
to help us secure high-quality, relevant backlinks for local businesses.
This is
not
a beginner role.
We are looking for someone who understands real authority building — not directory spam, link farms, or black-hat tactics.
About the Role
This is a remote, part-time contractor position with strong long-term potential as our client base continues to expand.
You will:
- Conduct strategic outreach to local organizations, chambers, associations, blogs, and community websites
- Build meaningful relationships with local partners and publishers
- Secure authoritative, relevant backlinks
- Track outreach efforts and placements
- Collaborate with our SEO strategy team
- Contribute to outreach messaging and communication strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven success acquiring local / authority backlinks
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices
- Experience working with agencies preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong research abilities
- Organized, process-driven, and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Familiarity with Denver-area communities is a plus
