- Responsible for managing every aspect of the company's relationships and dealing with our customers.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular visits
- Lead negotiations with customers until the contract is finalized
- Grow the existing customer base by initiating meetings to present proposals to customers.
- Work with the customer and the Fives Steel team to determine the solution that addresses the customer's needs and objectives.
- Work with the team to develop the technical documentation (technical specification, layout, scope of supply) to determine the best solution and develop the commercial proposal
- Participate in the elaboration of the Sales strategy in line with Fives Group's strategy and company Business Strategy
- Analyze the market and prospect for sales opportunities.
- Participate in conferences, Technical Committees, Internal Seminars, and others.
- Prepare or modify presentations for specific meeting needs and public presentations.
- We are seeking someone who has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or engineering experience preferably in the field of thermal processes or industrial furnaces.
