    Job Description:

    Growing, family-owned automotive group seeks a motivated professional License and Title Clerk at Heller Ford in El Paso. Vehicle Title Clerks handle information regarding motor vehicle registration and processes legal documents and other state-required documents. Vehicle title clerks are administratively adept and organized with handling files and maintaining documents.

    Requirements & Responsibilities:
    • Ideal candidate has experience in the automotive industry with a working knowledge of titling vehicles.
    • Familiar with out of state titles, lien releases, power of attorney, ST-556 amendments, tax & title deadlines, out of state purchases, maintain license and title schedule.
    • Excellent organizational habits
    • Strong problem solving skills
    • Ability to work and collaborate with others both within the organization and outside the organization.
    • Solid working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Word and Excel
    • A positive, can-do attitude is required
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
