Job summary
We are seeking an LPN On Call Nurse to join our team at Ascend Hospice & Palliative Care KS.The RN-On Call Nurse is responsible for providing hospice nursing care based on systematic assessment and implementing the nursing process to ensure patient comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering medication, documenting patient information accurately,
- Assumes responsibility for a patient visit or on call schedule which includes the assessing phase of the nursing process
- Licenses: Must have a State Certified RN license
