    Job Opportunity – Histology Technologist – Georgia

    Start Date: March 16, 2026
    Location: Atlanta, Georgia
    Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
    Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (Night shift), 13-week assignment

    Highlights:

    • Full-service pathology laboratory supporting surgical services
    • Comprehensive histology workflow including specimen processing, embedding, cutting, and staining
    • Utilize Cerner system for specimen accessioning and tracking
    • Collaborative environment working alongside pathology assistants and cytology/IHC teams
    • Consistent night shift schedule with no weekend requirements
    • 13-week contract with potential for extension

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in pathology laboratory histology
    • Active ASCP certification (HT or HLT) required
    • Successful completion of formal histology technologist training program, or Associate's degree in chemical, physical, or biological sciences
    • Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility
