- Work closely with a diverse student population and an energetic staff.
- Serve in multiple roles, including administrator, leader, activity coordinator, role model, counselor, policy enforcer, and more.
- Foster a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.
- Serve as the point person for student incidents and concerns.
- Assist students with questions and transportation to and from campus.
- Uphold and enforce EF's Community Standards policy.
- Follow and represent EF's dedication to excellent customer service.
- Create and manage the arrival, departure, and room change lists and kits.
- Manage room key collection, distribution, and inventory.
- Conduct room inspections and uphold checkin standards.
- Collaborate with the Activity Coordinator to organize student activities oncampus and around the city.
- Motivated and responsible with strong leadership skills.
- Flexible and adaptable, ready to take on various roles as needed.
- Passionate about building community and fostering a supportive environment.
- Excited to work in a fastpaced, international setting.

- Must live at the EF dorm during this time.
