Physical Therapist — Quality Care, ~12 Patients/Day (Westborough, MA)Most outpatient PTs aren't burned out on patients.

~12 patients per day
One-on-one focused care (not tech-run treatments)
Occasional light overlap for flow — not high-volume scheduling
Documentation time built into the schedule
You leave on time most days
We treat orthopedic, sports, and pelvic health conditions — but the real focus is individualized care, not throughput.

About Rebound
Rebound is therapist-owned and operated.
Clinical decisions are made in the clinic — not by a spreadsheet or regional manager.

ResponsibilitiesEvaluate and treat patients using individualized plans of care
Reassess progress and adjust treatments
Collaborate with fellow clinicians whenever desired
Help patients return to meaningful activities (sports, lifting, parenting, life)
Requirements
Massachusetts licensed Physical Therapist
Solid clinical reasoning
Interest in ortho, sports, or pelvic health
(New grads welcome — structured mentorship provided)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary:
$85,000 – $105,000
Caseload intentionally capped to maintain care quality.
