- Conduct remote end user training to customers, which may include technical personnel, sales personal, and administrative staff
- Responsible for managing customer remote software installations and training which includes user training and support for varies cloud based products and peripherals
- Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, and report on project statuses to management
- Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, responsiveness, and thorough communication
- Develop and create customer and technical training videos and how to documents
- Document customer workflows and site configurations
- Conduct and manage multiple customers remote implementation and training at any given time
- Perform custom solutions for customers that includes integration, automated importing/exporting of files, and document creation.
- Keep details records of customers current remote implementation and training status within out project management software
- Work with Product Engineering with providing assistance with testing of new peripherals, product enhancements, and any product issues identified during customer implementations
- AS degree in Computer Science or technical related area minimum.
- Project management skills
- Network+ certification desired
- Experience with Quadient Shipping, Accounting and Tracking systems preferred
- 3 to 5 years minimum technical experience supporting B2B PC applications and/or cloud-based solutions
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with Android embedded mobile devices
- Ability to perform wide variety of duties and responsibilities with accuracy and speed under pressure of time sensitive deadlines
- Professional phone demeanor and presence
- Technical writing skills
- Working knowledge of NodeJS, JavaScript, and/or similar programming

This position is responsible for providing remote installation and training directly to end users for several different cloud-based applications. The ideal candidate will be someone who is driven, technically competent and detailed oriented. Experience with Quadient software applications preferred.

**This role is budgeted for $75k/year**
This position has a salary range of:
$60, $90,000.00Quadient, Inc. has standard ranges for all U.S. - based roles, based on function, level, and scope, which are benchmarked against companies of similar size and growth-stage. To provide greater transparency to candidates, we share these targets on all job postings. Final salary offers are determined by multiple factors, which may include (but are not limited to) geographic location and candidate experience and expertise. As such, they may vary from the ranges listed. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus.
