Job summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level Case Supervisor to join our team at Cain Behavioral Therapy. As a Case Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing quality programs for behavioral services and training the clinical team on implementation.
In this role, you will work closely with your assigned BCBA to receive feedback and increase clinical skills. You will also be responsible for managing your caseload, providing caregiving training on a regular basis, and checking in regularly with your BCBA for feedback or clinical support.
Responsibilities
- Manage caseload which includes supervision of direct care staff and provide direct therapy if needed
- Provide caregiving training on a regular basis
- CHECKING IN REGULARLY WITH THEIR BCBA FOR FEEDBACK OR CLINICAL SUPPORT
