Primary Responsibilities
Multnomah Group is a 100% fee-for-service consulting firm. We serve our investment consulting clients as fiduciaries to their plan. Our focus within the retirement plan marketplace and our conflict-free structure, paired with our forward-thinking, comprehensive solutions, enable us to serve as a partner for clients. Plan sponsors are required to deal with complicated subject matter and we work to unravel that complex information and create clear pathways and smart strategies for their retirement plan program.
At Multnomah Group, we want to grow and develop our people by providing an environment that fosters their personal development and professional growth. Our team has the flexibility to make work and life coexist in a balanced way. It's a culture that allows us to attract and retain skilled professionals that bring their passion and expertise to making retirement plans more effective. We are very proud that our commitment to cultivating our culture for our team is demonstrated by three consecutive years being included on the Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers by InvestmentNews.
We are comprised of individuals from diverse backgrounds and with different experiences, but it's only through collaboration that we are successful for our clients. Our company is structured around consulting teams which provide our clients access to all of the resources of the company, and throughout the year we gather our full team together to share ideas and experiences (and usually a lot of food). Our collaboration has been noted through more than three year's being listed as a NAPA Top DC Plan Advisor Teams. This list highlights the nation's leading retirement plan advisor firms.
