    Responsibilities

    • Welcome customers to the store, answer their queries, and provide expert advice on selections
    • Assess customer's needs and provide assistance and information on product features
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service in person, the phone, text, and email
    • Process POS (point of sale) purchases
    • Participate in inventory checks
    • Become an outdoor living expert by gaining knowledge of all vendors and what products they offer.
    • Work with the Customer Care team to schedule client deliveries.

    · Follow and achieve the showroom's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

    • Maintain general showroom housekeeping—replenishing items, dusting, and assisting with merchandising when required.

    Qualifications

    • Strong sales skills with 2-4 years of experience
    • Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
    • Hands-on experience with POS transactions
    • Familiarity with inventory procedures
    • Solid communication and interpersonal skills
    • A professional, positive, friendly, and energetic personality with a customer service focus
    • Ability to resolve issues, eliminate obstacles to close the sale
    • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
    • Fast learner, capable of often working in a fast-paced environment
    • Cooperative Team Player yet self-sufficient
    • Availability to work weekends
    • Proficient in PC skills with the capability to learn new software programs
