Job DescriptionWhat you will doAs Technical Manager you are part of further growing our Methodology & Analytics team and business in the US and across the globe.

The global M&A team is SKIMs most technical team offering expertise on complex methods, with Conjoint being the most important one (but also think of methods like driver analysis, segmentation, journey modelling).

Imagine yourself working on:

• Consulting and helping our internal teams execute complex market research studies from initial proposal to client presentation (building conjoint designs, guide survey creation, build interfaces to present results to clients, model data in R/Stan/Sawtooth/other)25%
• Guiding and training colleagues in methodology and analytics through giving training and other knowledge sharing25%

This is why we want to keep the desired experience to a limited to the absolute essentials for the job:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science)
