Find your purpose contributing to where you're needed most By joining our Float Pool Registered Nurse team, you'll have an opportunity to work in a variety of acute settings within St Cloud Hospital.
"The Float Pool provides a valuable resource to the St. Cloud Hospital and now our Regional sites as well. We provide high quality, consistent coverage to ill calls and high census points. We want to guarantee that patients get the care they deserve and staff get the help required to provide high level care. We make sure staff who are invested in our hospital and community are here taking care of those in need. We have very flexible staff that put patient care as a top priority. They feel the Float Pool is all about being a phenomenal team player. Each day is something different and you never know where you be working until right before the shift starts. It's not boring and always challenges you to learn new things. Orientation is never over as we have staff who have been with us for over 10 years that may opt to add another area to go to.
