    IT Helpdesk Specialist

    Santa Monica, CA Local candidates- Onsite 3 days a week)

    $30-37hr ( Weekly pay)

    6 month contract (High potential for permanent and extension)

    Full-time M-F 9am-5pm

They are seeking an IT Helpdesk Specialist who poses excellent customer service and enjoys engaging with employees and helping support the team

    Duties:

    • Perform desk set-up, hock up equipment and computer set-up
    • Maintain and deploy desktop and laptop system images
    • Provide troubleshooting for onsite and remote workers
    • Account access, application and hardware provisioning/deprovisioning for users
    • Track and maintain IT inventory
    • Support Zoom, JAMF and SaaS application
    • Set up IT and AV equipment

    Requirements:

    • Computer Science Technical Degree or equivalent experience
    • 2-10 years of help desk experience
    • Requires troubleshooting and end user support both remote and onsite
    • Experience troubleshooting Windows 10 &11
    • Experience troubleshooting Mac OS, preferably Mac OS Sonoma
    • Must have experience with ticketing systems; Jira, Freshservice or similar.
    • Must have excellent customer service experience; outgoing and cheerful
    • Requires experience with MS Window and MS Office 365
    • Requires knowledge of Zoom, Jamf, and SaaS applications
    • Experience with Asset Management and inventory
    • Some understanding of setting up AV equipment (TVs, audio, video, etc.)
    • Experienced with desk set-up, computer hock up equipment and computer set-up
    • Ability to lift 25 lbs. in order to move equipment as necessary and ability to crawl under a desk in order to access equipment as necessary
