    Job Title: Attorney - Workers' Compensation Practice at Lewis Brisbois


    Company Overview: Lewis Brisbois, a prominent AmLaw 100 firm based in Los Angeles, is currently looking for skilled attorneys to join their Workers' Compensation Practice.

    • The ideal candidate should have 1 to 7 years of experience in defending Workers' Compensation claims, with a background in representing clients before various Workers' Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB) venues in California.
    • Experience with the Workers' Compensation Disability Rating Scale is valued, although not mandatory. Admission to the California Bar is a must.
    • Attorneys in the Workers' Compensation Practice handle defense for third-party administrators, insurance carriers, and employers against employee claims. They possess extensive expertise in all aspects of workers' compensation, including discovery and trial work.
    • Proven success in defending against diverse cases such as fibromyalgia, reflex sympathetic dystrophy, psych and stress claims, asbestos claims, as well as common orthopedic, psych, and internal injury claims.


    The roles come with competitive compensation packages including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k with employer contribution. Eligible candidates may also receive a bonus based on meeting minimum hourly requirements.


    Qualifications:


    - Minimum Salary: USD $120,000.00/Yr.

    - Maximum Salary: USD $175,000.00/Yr.
