Duties/Responsibilities

and development of systems, that meet project requirements and performance objectives.
and execute comprehensive testing and validation procedures for all product systems.
test results and make recommendations for improvements or modifications.
to integrate products into larger defense systems ensuring compatibility and seamless operation with other components.
safety and reliability standards and procedures throughout the system's lifecycle. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system specifications, design documents, test plans, and reports.
and resolve complex technical issues related to system design and function. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
that designs comply with relevant safety and industry regulations, and MIL standards.
with cross-functional teams, including program management, and electrical, mechanical, and software engineers, to ensure successful project execution.
and resolve technical issues and challenges related to system design, both independently and as part of a team.
current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in systems engineering to drive continuous improvement in our designs.

Required Skills/Abilities

design software and simulation tools.
knowledge of system components, including propulsion, guidance, imaging, and energetics.

Education and Experience

degree in Aerospace or Aeronautics Engineering, or a related engineering field. Master's degree preferred.
experience in systems design engineering, preferably with defense programs such as missile systems and loitering munitions.
clearance or eligibility to obtain required.
be a U.S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C. 6010
