    Direct Hire - Permanent job by the Company

    Incentives Bonus of $1000 in 3 payments $ months - $ months and $ months


    • Pay Rate: $ 26.28

    • Shift availability Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

    Our ideal Tool and Model Maker must be able to:

    • Construct, modify, install, repair, and maintain all tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and sample products to support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Sales.
    • Set-up, adjust, and operate various manual lathes, mills, drill presses, and grinders to produce parts to the required tolerances.
    • Must have the ability to perform diversified machining operations, and prescribe operational sequences and procedures to manufacture parts to specifications.

    Education/Certification Requirements for a

    Tool Model Maker:


    • High School Diploma or GED REQUIRED
    • 1-3 Years Experience Tool/Model/Die Making Experience REQUIRED
    • 1-3 Years of Manufacturing Machinery Experience REQUIRED
    • Possess and be able to use micrometers and dial calipers to ensure the quality of the parts being produced. Must be equipped with all required tools to perform the functions of their job.
    • Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing and bending, as well as lifting up to 30 lbs. frequently.

    Experience and Skills Requirements Nice to have for a

    Tool Model Maker:


    • Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerances.
    • Responsible for the quality of the parts they produce and perform first-piece inspections, as well as subsequent inspections, to ensure overall quality.
    • Responsible for taking care of routine maintenance and keeping the work area clean and neat.
    • Follow all safety rules regarding machine operation and proper guarding.
    • Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.

    Pay Details: $26.28 per hour
