- Oversees landscape architecture projects independently.
- Collaborates with clients, landscape designers, and GRWA's ecological team on site plans and concepts.
- Organizes meetings with clients and engineers for site development calculations and progress updates.
- Conducts on-site visits and field reviews.
- Communicates with clients throughout Master Planning, Design Documentation, and Construction Administration phases.
- Manages project schedules, design and construction budgets, and ensures quality control on work submitted to clients.
- Prepares and documents site planning progress and changes.
- Handles responses to RFPs and RFQs, including scope and budget.
- Guides landscape designers and assists in problem-solving.
- Participates in project manager meetings to prioritize tasks.
- Supervises subcontractors and staff, attends public hearings for project approvals.
- Additional assigned responsibilities.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in landscape architecture or related field.
- Professional Landscape Architect Licensure (PLA).
- At least seven to ten years of experience, ideally in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in site design, landscape design, and rendering.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Aptitude for public presentations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and risk management skills.
- Proficiency in various software including AutoCAD LT, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, SketchUp, and Microsoft 365.

DESCRIPTION
GRWA is a successful land planning, ecological consulting, and landscape architecture firm established in 1982. Our mission is to positively influence our clients' land use decisions. GRWA is looking for a full-time landscape architect project manager with expertise in leading landscape designers on land planning, landscape design projects, and construction observation.
