    To thrive as their new go-to for all things Customer Success, youll have experience, skills and the attitude which fit the following:
    Relish nurturing client relationships by call and email
    Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
    Support client queries for help with their business plans and questions such as 'What do you think of this pivot?
    Great at thinking on your feet to cater to the diverse types of incoming questions and support required

    Need to enjoy speaking with (and have experience working with) customers and helping to resolve issues, with the ability to be adaptable in solving problems.

    Naturally proactive and switched on to confidently support customers and be happy with working on the video calls.
    Interested in working on projects to improve the customer experience and operational processes of the company, e.g. we are currently incorporating AI across the department.
