    As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in enabling our sales team and driving successful product launches. You will develop a deep understanding of our solutions, value propositions, and target buyer personas. Your responsibilities will include creating sales enablement content, conducting competitive analysis, and supporting go-to-market activities for new products and releases. Through articulating our differentiation and positioning, your work will arm our sales force while supporting our company's continued growth in the market.

    What Youll Do

    • Own Sales Enablement: Take charge of our sales enablement efforts by crafting compelling messaging aligned with key personas. Develop sales enablement materials that empower our sales teams to effectively communicate our product's value proposition and convert leads into customers.
    • Lead Competitive Intelligence: Manage and enhance our competitive intelligence initiatives, including coordinating regular briefings and updates. Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities, providing insights to inform strategic decisions and maintain our competitive edge.
    • Conduct Market Research: Leverage strong quantitative and qualitative research skills to deliver actionable insights by hosting customer interviews, gathering primary and secondary data, and extracting valuable intelligence from market trends.
    • Be a Product Wizard: Align product features with use cases and value delivery for our key personas. Fuse product understanding into sales enablement initiatives to provide sales teams with the right messaging to the right person at the right time.
    • Collaborate on Launch Support: Support product launches by contributing to launch plans and creating materials that build awareness and drive demand for new product modules. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
    • Measure Impact: Evaluate the effectiveness of sales enablement and competitive intelligence initiatives, providing meaningful insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all materials produced, maintaining alignment with our company's overall marketing strategy.

    What Youll Need

    Required

    • Relevant Experience: 2+ years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or competitive intelligence, preferably in the SaaS or healthcare industry.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to package value and craft messaging that resonates.
    • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to cut through the noise of data to extract actionable insights.
    • Initiative and Accountability: Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new challenges. Keen to ask questions, solve business challenges, and find creative solutions.

    Preferred

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

    • Salary Range for this position is $70,000-$85,000
