- Department Manager or equivalent experience required
- Strong understanding of store operations and total store merchandising techniques
- Excellent interpersonal customer service communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability willingness to learn multiple tasks technical requirements job Good judgment solving problems making decisions handling complaints arbitrating disputes resolving grievances Desire ability lead manage associates throughout multiple departments Must be able to meet physical requirements position with reasonable accommodations Must meet minimum age requirements perform specific job functions
Must be accredited National Registry Food Safety Professionals similar accrediting organization Certified Food Safety Manager will required attend company provided training have ability achieve accreditation first days employment Accreditation must maintained while employed position requiring accreditation
