    Neonatologist Opportunity in Odessa, TX

    We are seeking two full-time Neonatologists to join a growing NICU program in Odessa, Texas.

    • This is a key role in a Level II NICU with plans for transition to Level III.

    The hospital has 12 beds and sees approximately 1,400 annual deliveries serving a regional population.

    • You will manage neonates born at 32 weeks gestation or greater weighing 1,500 grams or more.
    • Care for convalescing infants transitioning out of intensive care.
    • Provide short-term mechanical ventilation support as needed.
    1. Stabilize and coordinate transfer of critically ill neonates requiring higher-level care.
      Treat infants with perinatal substance exposure including scoring and pharmacologic management.
      Manage low-birth-weight infants who require extended monitoring feeding support and nursing care. Deliver critical neonatal interventions such as CPR cardiac monitoring oxygen therapy and acute stabilization.', 'The schedule includes combination of in-house daytime coverage and on-call overnight responsibilities.
