    Role Overview:

    As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and strategic direction of the PLS Sales organization.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals and purchase orders to customers, diligently following up to secure sales closure.
    • Perform data entry tasks in on behalf of the sales team.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather relevant information for floor plans and facilitate the creation of floor plans as needed.
    • Support invoicing processes for client sales orders and ensure timely payment follow-up for all accounts.
    • Develop compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports, and aid in preparing for customer meetings.
    • Manage sales data within Salesforce to ensure accuracy in sales orders, commission calculations, and forecasting.
    • Fulfill customer requests by sending demo samples when needed.
    • Carry out additional duties as directed by sales representatives and sales management.
    • Maintain comprehensive customer information, pricing details, and customer contracts in Salesforce.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in sales and/or operations.
    • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems (1-2 years).
    • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
    • Proactive approach to problem-solving.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in technology usage.
    • Experience in outside sales or business-to-business sales.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce.

    This position has an hourly pay target of:

    $21.63

    and annual commission target of:
