- Experience: Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. - The expected annual pay range for this position is $295,000 - $370,000.
