*The Director of Nursing combines nursing and administrative skills to meet the challenge of leading the nursing operations in a nursing center. They ensure the delivery of high quality, compassionate nursing care by leading, guiding and directing the nursing team and adhering to regulations and policies.

*Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university with a current Registered Nurse license by the State Board of Nursing; At least 1 year of nurse leadership experience in long-term care is required.
