Join our team as a service coordinator.You will be helping our customers throughout the USA and Canada with all their hardware and software related service needs.
You interact daily via phone and email with customers, field service technicians, remote support team, management and local and overseas logistic teams.
Your main responsibilities:
Answer, register and route hotline requestsPlan onsite preventive maintenance visitsPlan onsite repairsManage spare part orders and returnsProcess field service reports and determine invoicingYour ProfileCustomer oriented & advocate, proactive and with professional attitudeStrong sense of urgency and with excellent follow up skills2 year business degree or experience in a corporate environmentExcellent planning skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to stay calm and positive under pressureComputer skills:Fluent with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, WordUser Experience with SalesForce or ServiceMax CRM platforms is a plusExperience with planning or mapping software is a plusAbout EskoEsko is the worldwide market leader in software and hardware solutions for packaging and printing supply chain.
