Good Shepherd Hospice is seeking a compassionate candidate for a *Register Nurse Case Manager *serving patients and their families in *Lawrence *and surrounding communities.
The RN provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families.The RN responds to all phone calls promptly and appropriately, makes patient visits as necessary and completes after hours admissions and deaths as needed.
* *8am to 5pm, Monday thru Friday* *5 WEEKS PTO** *Previous experience in hospice, home health, or geriatrics preferred
