    Our client, a founder-led boutique email and SMS marketing agency, is seeking a full-time Account Manager. This role is a true hybrid skillset mix of account management, business development and project management.

    This role is hybrid in-person 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) in their Manhattan office and remote 2 days a week (Monday & Friday).

    MUST-HAVES:

    Resume must demonstrate a proven track record of managing and growing accounts with metrics

    Must have experience working on Email marketing campaigns

    -Must have experience with P&L

    Retail B2C experience

    Must thrive working in fast turnaround environment

    Knowledge of email strategy / execution process

    Heavy project management

    Responsibilities:

    Manage day-to-day client accounts across email, digital and social, build deep relationships between clients and the agency, meet client expectations and ensure client satisfaction

    Track sales pipeline and identify new business opportunities

    Develop and implement account strategies and communications plans that meet revenue goals

    Create presentations and present proposals to clients to provide strategic insights and recommendations

    Create scopes of work and project briefs and present status updates to clients

    Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely development and execution of projects and campaigns on schedule and within budget

    Manage direct reports and ensures staff have the opportunity to learn and grow their skill sets

    Qualifications:

    -3+ years relevant experience in agency account management and working across email, SMS/Push, and social marketing and demonstrated track record of growing accounts. Retail and beauty industries are a plus.

    Solid proficiency in Google Worx (not PPT)

    Comfortable communicating and presenting complex ideas to internal and external stakeholders

    Self-starter with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

    High-level communicator; write and present to inspire

    Have excellent people skills; know how to read a room

    Willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done

    Thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment

    Proactive, resourceful, curious, and open-minded

    Strong manager to guide and support others to perform at their best

    Active participant and contributor to building positive company culture

    Willing to travel occasionally for client meetings, if the need arises
