Job summary
We are seeking dynamic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Substitute Paraeducators in Dothan City Schools. No previous experience is required.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with lead teachers to implement lesson plans and provide additional support to students with diverse learning needs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
- Assist students in understanding and completing assignments, reinforcing classroom instruction while promoting social and emotional development by encouraging positive peer interactions.
