FULL-TIME POSITION:
This position is exclusively for professionals licensed in the state of Florida as a PTA.

All services are provided in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF):

Position Summary:
Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life:


Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health knowledge preferred
