Creative Health Solutions is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join their team. It is a therapist-operated company that has been offering therapy services at Skilled Nursing facilities since 2001.

We are searching for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to become part of our team at Creative Health Solutions.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with a group of healthcare professionals to design and implement therapy programs focused on enhancing patients' physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute therapy programs to enhance patients' overall wellbeing.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise personalized treatment plans.
Record patient progress and liaise with healthcare team on treatment plans and outcomes.
Educate patients and families on therapeutic procedures and methods.
Stay updated on the latest therapy techniques and approaches.

Qualifications:

Applicants must have:

Valid State OT License
