Responsibilities- Work closely with Business SMEs and Application Vendor teams to understand Business requirements for ongoing projects| upgrades and enhancementsDevelop Test Strategy to provide adequate test coverage for the agreed scope covering critical business functions and list test approachDevelop Test Plan with test milestones such as FunctionalRegressionIntegrationE2E testing to ensure alignment with the Industry milestonesProgram roadmapWork closely with Product Owner and other stakeholders for Sprint planning and execution in a fast paced Agile environmentOversee test execution and provide key Quality Assurance metrics to Program managers and highlight risksissueschallenges proactivelyManage and prioritize defects with Application development teamVendors for fixesProvide guidance on Automation strategy for FunctionalRegressionIntegration testing.
